Smith Basement Ceiling
Smith Basement Ceiling is a custom real estate renovation project that transformed a standard basement space with a unique architectural ceiling design. Our team completed the installation of a custom ceiling grid system engineered to accommodate specialty ceiling panels fabricated from corrugated metal and copper. The combination of industrial textures and premium metallic finishes created a distinctive, high-end aesthetic while maintaining durability and functionality. Precision installation and attention to detail ensured a seamless integration of the custom materials, resulting in a visually striking ceiling feature that enhances the overall character of the space.

Dave’s Hot Chicken is a modern restaurant build-out project that required a range of specialized interior construction services to support both functionality and aesthetics. Our scope of work included interior metal framing, cement board installation, plywood backing, and drywall installation throughout the space. We also completed the installation of a Drywall Suspension Ceiling (DSS) system, providing a clean and durable ceiling solution tailored to the restaurant environment.
To achieve a refined architectural finish, our team installed Armstrong Axiom ceiling trim systems, delivering crisp transitions and enhanced visual appeal. The project was further complemented by the application of Fiber Reinforced Panels (FRP) in designated areas, ensuring durability, moisture resistance, and ease of maintenance. Through precise execution and attention to quality, we helped create a welcoming and efficient dining environment that aligns with the brand’s modern design standards.
